P3 Works 1.6.2

P3 Works is a mobile application developed by Montgomery County Precinct 3, under the guidance of Commissioner James Noack. This app allows residents of the precinct to report various issues directly to the Commissioner’s office at any time, day or night, using their iPhone or iPad.

The application offers real-time updates from Precinct 3 staff, enabling users to track their submissions from initial reporting to resolution. Additionally, the app provides push notifications for urgent situations, such as high water locations, ensuring residents remain informed during emergencies.

Users can report a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to potholes and traffic signal malfunctions. The app streamlines communication by allowing residents to submit work orders or contact the precinct with inquiries swiftly.

When submitting requests through the P3 Works app, residents have the following capabilities:

• Provide a detailed description of the issue in their own words
• Specify the location of the request using their current location, an address, or by placing a marker on a map
• Attach photos to enhance clarity regarding the specific problem that needs attention
